Delivery charges are worked out automatically and shown during checkout - no surprises.

Order Processing

We process and dispatch orders Monday to Saturday (9 AM – 6 PM), excluding public and mercantile holidays. Any orders placed on Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Sometimes, delays can happen due to weather or other unexpected reasons — we appreciate your patience.

Standard Delivery

Our standard delivery option gets your order to you quickly and affordably.

• Colombo / Suburbs: within 2–3 working days
• Out of Colombo: within 3–5 working days

Store Pick-Up

Want to collect your order yourself? Just select Store Pick-Up when you check out.

We’ll notify you by Email or SMS once your order is ready for collection.

Please collect your order within 7 working days.

Uncollected orders will be canceled automatically, and you’ll receive a cancellation notice.
