At Dutch Casuals, we offer multiple convenient ways to complete your purchase: Cash on Delivery (COD), Bank Payments & Online Transfers and Card Payments (Visa and MasterCard’s.)
How long does delivery take, and what are the costs?
- Colombo / Suburbs: within 2–3 working days
- Out of Colombo: within 3–5 working days
What is the time limit for a return notice?
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition, with all Dutch Casuals tags intact and accompanied by your purchase receipt. For full details, please refer to our Exchange Policy available on the website.
