Refund policy
At Dutch Casuals, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp to start the process.
- Select your reason for return or exchange and submit your request.
- Our customer care team will respond within 24 hours with instructions to process your request.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In those cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
- Please arrange your own courier service for standard returns or exchanges.
Refunds
- Once we receive and approve your returned item, a refund will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
- You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
- The value of returned items will be refunded, but original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 8 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, so please act quickly if you change your mind.
