Refund policy

At Dutch Casuals, we understand that sometimes you may change your mind. We gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp to start the process.
  2. Select your reason for return or exchange and submit your request.
  3. Our customer care team will respond within 24 hours with instructions to process your request.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In those cases, return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  • Please arrange your own courier service for standard returns or exchanges.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and approve your returned item, a refund will be issued as store credit for future purchases.
  • You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed.
  • The value of returned items will be refunded, but original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled free of charge within 8 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations may not be possible, so please act quickly if you change your mind.
